When I send a receipt to my account to match, I get an email back telling me the receipt was matched, but it also includes a section “These still need your attention:”. As I go through all my receipts, forward them, and get match emails, it keeps telling me what is needed. Now, when I search for other receipts, like $16.71 for example, I get tons of results because it keeps finding the " These still need your attention:" emails. It’s very annoying and actually makes my reconciliation process less efficient.
Hi @Jason_Sedlaczek , when you’re looking up $16.71, are you expecting to find receipts not from Ramp that include $16.71 in the message body?
Yes, for example, I have a receipt for $16.71 for Amazon that I want to find. I do a search for that amount, and I am now finding every ramp email that referenced that outstanding charge on my statement. I have a screenshot I’ll try to add, but for this particular dollar amount, I had about 15 or 16 emails related to Ramp saying that I still need to enter the charge for $16.71, along with, at the very bottom, the Amazon receipt I was actually looking for. Does that description make sense?
