Ramp does not give us the ability to sync Ramp fees—such as Bill Pay service charges (including same-day ACH, SWIFT USD, overnight check delivery, and domestic wire fees)— to NetSuite. I understand that these fees are grouped into a monthly Ramp Services statement, but why can you not sync the statement payments to your ERP since Ramp has the information and is auto-debiting our account for those fees?
