Please enable functionality to turn off Ramp automations for card transaction memos. Our organization turned off the AI suggested memos, but I was told that the automation (which is separate) can only be turned off on a per user basis after a user edits the Ramp generated memo 7 times. It’s a waste of time for our accounting team to review a memo and ask a user to edit it to meet our company’s documentation requirements. Our users have also reported not being able to edit these memos unless they log on via desktop, which creates more friction for those on the go.
