Did anyone else experience an issue with RAMP’s unilateral decision to enable the separation of duties in bill pay? This completely caught us off guard, as there was once again no prior notification of an upcoming change. As much as I love the things Ramp is doing, these feature releases and unilateral changes are hurting our teams and making us look bad, as we are responsible for running the system.
