Can we please make invoices that are paid via credit card exempt from needing to be ‘released.’ Prior to the most recent update, credit card payments didn’t need to be ‘released.’ With this new update, any invoice that is paid via credit card has to be released before it can be matched with the transaction. This is causing so much confusion and adding extra steps. Please give us the ability to disable that.
We now see a toggle in Bill Pay Settings>Approvals, for “Require additional approval to release credit card payments”. If you don’t see that wondering if you can ask support to enable that in your Ramp platform.
Hey @Amanda_Bell , as Rebecca said there should be a setting for you to disable this so that card payments no longer require release.
