If I understand correctly, you should be able to access relevant documents through the Vendor Management tab. This feature allows you to view all vendors and their associated details, including any uploaded documents such as contracts, W9s, and payment instructions.
Admins, AP Clerks, and Bookkeepers have access to this tab and can view all vendor-related documents. Additionally, if you are a Vendor Owner for a vendor paid via Bill Pay, you can view those vendors and their associated details.

I understand that we can go another page and see the document, but we need to see the document on the same page to the left as we are approving the vendor edit. For example, if we update a check address through the Bill Pay screen, that should come up when the person gets the email to approve the vendor edit. For example, if ACH details are added in the Vendor screen, the document with the ACH details should be shown with the vendor edit screen so the person can validate that information within the same screen vs pulling up another screen. Can the team work on that update? We have a lot of vendor edits throughout each week. Thanks!
