Vendor invite email

We are getting a fair amount of feedback from our vendors that they think the email they receive from Ramp asking to provide their information is SPAM. We really need the ability to customize the email that is sent from the system so we can provide some information more closely related to our company.

Alternatively, the ability for us to obtain a link to send the vendor directly would work as well.

Hi David, TK here from the Ramp product team. Thanks for your feedback. We’ll look into two things for you:

  1. Ability to customize your own message to the vendor to add context to the email that’s sent by Ramp to collect payment or tax details.
  2. Create a link that you can send directly to the vendor to fill out the information.

I third this request! @tkkong. Just had a vendor reach out this morning thinking a request for ACH information was spam. The ability to customize the message a bit more or access a link would be amazing!
