How do I void a check that Ramp has mailed?
On the page for the bill, click the 3-dots menu in the lower right (where the approval button usually is) and select “cancel payment”. Ramp will take care of placing the stop payment and refunding it to your funding account. The bill reverts back to “ready to release” status and you can do whatever you need to do to close out the invoice (issue a new check, archive the bill, mark as paid outside Ramp, etc).
