How you use Ramp: I generally get placed in a system Admin capacity as my company has been trying to digitize and automate lots of processes in the last year. I over see any platform issues that employees have and beg my higher ups to let us use all of the functions (ie bill pay and reimbursements)

Hi, My name is Jim and I am located in Albuquerque New Mexico.
My role with RAMP is getting all of our in-house buyers to one site and streamlining the inventory purchasing system for special order customers. I have to say that RAMP is a much better, easier to use system with a great support staff.
I check this account daily and am pleased with the ease of use and customizable downloads that allow me to look at purchases and out of compliance issues.

  • We try to use Ramp for most of our expenses, from sales to management, and we love collecting the rewards. We got hooked on Ramp, because of the integration with Quickbooks and the amount of time it saves our bookkeeper.

Hello, I’m Angela.

  • Your role - I am the Executive Director at Bald Ridge Lodge, a non-profit serving teen boys and young men experiencing Foster Care system.
  • Where you’re located - we are located in Cumming, GA where we have a Group Home and an Independent Living Program.
  • How you use Ramp - we originally joined Ramp to provide a way for our residents to have spending money with parameters and controls and this has been great for them! However, we have also used it for many of our employees to make the logistics of spending much easier on all of us.

  • We recently implemented Ramp to provide credit cards to certain employees, and to replace the clunky expense reimbursement option offered by our accounting software
  • I’m interested in connecting with other Ramp users who use Deltek Vantagepoint as their accounting package, to understand how you’ve most efficiently tied the two packages together since there is not a built-in integration.
