  • How I use Ramp Our employee reimbursement, employee cash advance processing and vendor payment process was quite manual and RAMP has helped us to automate all of them with adequate approval mechanism. Our immediate plan is to integrate RAMP with ERP to automate the full accounting function of organization.

Hi Heidi - It’s quite straight-forward to update the COA in RAMP. Here you go:

In the accounting tab, click on the settings button in right corner.

Choose Accounting Fields>Expense Codes and then under Configure Accounts click Update options.

You can make edits to existing accounts including Hiding ones you do not want employees to use.
You can add account numbers individually by selecting the Add new option button or you can update via CSV. The same way you first imported your organisation COA.

Currently, we have used Ramp for our Credit Card vendor. We started in February and it is the best thing since sliced bread!

Hi - it’s Leigh Ann from Alexandria, VA. I’m the CFO of Harvest Hosts. We implemented Ramp after SVB’s 2023 challenges to replace our SVB corporate card program. Implementation was a breeze and integration with NetSuite has been excellent. Approximately 90%+ of our non-payroll spend is through Ramp which makes month-end close and expense management highly efficient!

I’m the Controller for my company located in Atlanta. I use Ramp for our Corporate credit card program and for employee T&E expense reimbursements. I use it to minimize the accounting handling (approving, booking and paper) that’s involved in conjunction with our NetSuite ERP.
I’m looking for accounting AI, time savings, best practices and efficiency within my department so that we are better sales team support.
