Hi! I’m Elise!
Role: I lead finance and HR at a small nonprofit in New Jersey
We are using Ramp on a very low level right now - almost like a pre-paid visa for some of our departments and will possibly increase usage as time goes on.
We just joined Ramp so haven’t used it yet but I’m interested in virtual cards and texting receipts (for the auto connect to spend feature).

Hi! I’m Katherine, Director of Finance at DisposeRx in Southern Pines, NC. I’m the Admin on our account, and I use it to manage our team’s credit cards and software subscriptions, and to enforce internal controls. I just started using Bill Pay to manage our A/P cycle, too. Topics I would love to learn more about are how people use Ramp to help them multiply their efforts when they are on a one- or two- person accounting team. Fun fact - this is the second organization I’ve worked for and transitioned away from traditional corporate cards to Ramp! I don’t know if I can work on a team without it again - I’m addicted.
Hi,
I am Tommy Foster
Business Administrator - First Baptist Church Marietta - (https://mariettafbc.org)
Marietta, GA
We are new as of today and I am the admin. Learning my way around.
Would love to talk with those of use that use ACS Financials regarding best practices for integration.
Tips and tricks for managing other card holders to keep them compliant and nice.
Hey, Tommy! In my previous job (Finance Director at a church) we used ACS with Ramp before migrating to Sage Intacct, but the two systems weren’t integrated. We just did a CSV upload.
I will say Ramp helped us keep our team grow a lot in their stewardship & accountability. We used the auto-lock feature to make sure receipts were turned in timely, and we also required everyone to read and sign the expense policy and before their cards were activated. It helped our team immensely.
Thank you for the message. I figured I would need to export / import to ACS.
Did you require receipts for all purchases or did you use the automatic receipt feature for amounts lower than $x?
We required for all transactions, regardless of $ amount. Feel free to send me a message if you have more questions - I’m having difficulty replying to just your comment, and I don’t want to hijack the whole thread.

Hello! My name’s Christian
- I’m the Finance Coordinator at HomePlate Youth Services
- We’re a Non-Profit providing services for Youth Experiencing Houselessness in Washington County, Oregon
- We use Ramp to manage employee’s cards as well as track expenses (It’s super helpful for grant reporting). We also use it to process and pay bills.
- Learning about space is always cool. Dog facts are fun too. But if you mean learning about Ramp stuff, I would love to learn more about best practices and procedures for approvers to make their lives easier! Timeliness in approvals is definitely one of our biggest pain points.
